From pain relief to preventative care,
I am here to help you feel your healthiest and most balanced every day.

I take the time to understand your complete health picture—not only your physical symptoms, but also your medical history, daily lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and the subtle imbalances that may be contributing to your condition. Using a combination of time-honoured diagnostic methods from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), such as pulse and tongue analysis, alongside modern energy-based assessments, I am able to gain a deep and holistic understanding of your health. This comprehensive evaluation forms the foundation for a personalised treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. Depending on what is most appropriate for your energetic profile and current state, your treatment may include acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, or tui-na. Each modality is selected with care, aiming not only to alleviate immediate discomfort but also to address root causes, rebalance your internal systems, and promote long-term resilience and vitality. My approach is integrative, compassionate, and focused on helping you return to a state of harmony and true wellbeing.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), pain is understood as a disruption in the natural flow of Qi (vital energy) and Blood through the body’s meridians and organ systems. Instead of merely suppressing symptoms, TCM aims to identify and treat the root cause of pain by addressing underlying energetic imbalances. Pain is generally classified into five categories—musculoskeletal, neurological, gynaecological, visceral, and psychosomatic—each linked to specific syndromes and treatment approaches. Common patterns include Excess conditions such as Qi stagnation, Blood stasis, Cold, Dampness, or Wind, as well as Deficiency patterns involving depleted Qi, Blood, Yin, or Yang. Chronic pain often indicates deeper, long-standing deficiencies that require comprehensive care. Treatment is always tailored to the individual and may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping therapy, moxibustion, gua sha, and lifestyle or dietary changes. These therapies work together to rebalance the body, relieve discomfort, and restore health and vitality, offering an integrative and long-term solution to pain management.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers centuries of clinical insight in supporting women’s health by restoring internal balance, regulating the flow of Qi and Blood, and harmonising the Chong, Ren, and Liver channels—vital pathways in female reproductive function. TCM is particularly effective in treating a wide range of concerns, including menstrual disorders, fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, menopausal symptoms, hormonal and structural imbalances such as endometriosis, fibroids, and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), as well as infections, discharges, and emotionally rooted or psychosomatic patterns. These conditions are understood not in isolation but as reflections of deeper systemic disharmonies. Whether you are managing your menstrual cycle, preparing for conception, moving through pregnancy, or transitioning through menopause, TCM offers a comprehensive and individualised approach to care. Treatments may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, moxibustion, dietary therapy, and lifestyle guidance, each selected according to your unique pattern of imbalance. The goal is not only symptom relief, but long-term vitality, balance, and emotional wellbeing

At my practice, I offer acupuncture, herbal medicines, cupping, moxibustion, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage, Gua Sha (scraping) and other holistic therapies to help you heal gently and deeply, physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Don't take my word for it. See what some of my many happy patients have to say
Traditional Chinese Medicine is a comprehensive healing system developed over thousands of years. It includes acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and lifestyle guidance. TCM focuses on restoring balance in the body by addressing the root cause of illness, not just the symptoms.
Acupuncture is used to treat a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, headaches, migraines, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, and fertility challenges. It also supports general wellness, immune health, and emotional balance.
Most patients experience very little discomfort. The needles used are hair-thin and sterile. Some people feel a mild tingling or heaviness, while others feel relaxed or even sleepy during treatment. The process is typically very gentle.
This depends on your condition and its severity. Acute issues may resolve in a few sessions, while chronic or complex cases may require a longer course. During your consultation, I will create a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
Your first visit includes a detailed consultation where I review your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and emotional well-being. I also perform tongue and pulse diagnosis, and where appropriate, I may use diagnostic tools like the QMR918 or Meridian Health Detection Expert. Treatment will begin in the same session. This visit will take approximately 2 hours to complete.
These are modern, non-invasive diagnostic tools used to assess energetic imbalances in your body. The QMR918 uses quantum bioresonance to detect subtle deficiencies or organ stress, while the Meridian Health Detection Expert evaluates the flow of energy through your acupuncture meridians. Both complement traditional diagnostics to improve accuracy and early detection.
No. Acupuncture works regardless of belief. Its effects are physiological, not psychological. It stimulates your body’s own healing mechanisms—such as improving blood circulation, reducing inflammation, and calming the nervous system
Yes, when prescribed by a qualified practitioner. I only use high-quality, professional-grade herbal formulas tailored to your condition. Herbal therapy is safe and effective when used correctly, and I always check for any possible interactions with your existing medications.
Absolutely. I support natural conception and also work alongside assisted reproductive technologies (like IVF and IUI). Treatment includes regulating cycles, supporting ovulation, improving endometrial health, and addressing hormonal or stress-related block
